Legal Considerations

If your going to host a forum you need to make sure that the content that you or your users post is not illegal in the physical location in which your server resides.  You will need to moderate content submitted by others on a regular basis and have a way for someone to ask that content be taken down, commonly a DMCA takedown page.  If you have adult content make sure to label your site as adult using the RTA label and possibly an age gate.
